About support and transactions.
What language do you support?
We provide support in Japanese, English, Malay and Chinese language.
What is your payment method?
We accept cheque and bank transfer.
What are your payment terms?
For services related to servers and hosting, our terms are full payment upon order. For website production, in general we collect a 50% deposit upfront and remaining balance upon completion. In most cases we can be flexible on payment terms. Please discuss with our sales team for more details regarding payment terms.
I would like to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement upfront before disclosing any confidential information.
You can choose to use our template (available in either English or Japanese) or provide your own format (in English or Japanese only).
Is it possible to sign a contract with a foreign company instead of a Malaysian corporation?
Future Spirits has corporations in Japan, Vietnam and Thailand in addition to Malaysia and China (we have an Investee company in China). You can sign up for our services using a foreign entity. However, in that case, the transaction currency will be in either USD or MYR, and the price may change due to the influence of currency exchanges, overseas transaction regulations and tax related regulations (such as WithHolding Tax etc.).
